Kate Rhodes James  CDG / CSA is one of the UK’s best-known Casting Directors who has worked across film and television for over twenty years. Kate has cast innumerable large-scale projects, such as HOUSE OF THE DRAGON, INTERVIEW WITH THE VAMPIRE, LINE OF DUTY, BODYGUARD, and SHERLOCK. Kate has extensively worked as Casting Director alongside Ridley Scott, with recent high-profile projects including GLADIATOR 2, NAPOLEON, HOUSE OF GUCCI, THE LAST DUEL, ALIEN EARTH, THE TERROR. She’s just finishing a piece about the Kennedys for Netflix. In 2026, she was honored with the Capelier-Shaw Artios Award for Excellence in Casting.
