Peter Sarsgaard is an Oscar-nominated actor. His recent projects include THE BRIDE! (2026), SEPTEMBER 5 (2024), which premiered at Venice and earned a Golden Globe nomination for Best Motion Picture Drama, MEMORY (2023), for which he won the Volpi Cup for Best Actor at Venice and the award-winning film THE LOST DAUGHTER (2021). Sarsgaard first gained major recognition with BOYS DON’T CRY (1999) and later SHATTERED GLASS (2005), receiving numerous honors, including Golden Globe and Independent Spirit Award nominations. His film credits also include COUPE!, THE BATMAN, JACKIE, BLUE JASMINE, PAWN SECRIFICE, NIGHT MOVES, YEAR OF THE DOG, AN EDUCATION, KINSEY, JARHEAD, THE DYING GAUL and GARDEN STATE. On television, he appears in HBO’s DTF ST. LOUIS, Hulu’s Emmy-nominated DOPESICK, which brought him his first Emmy nomination, and Apple TV+’s PRESUMED INNOCENT, earning a second Emmy nod.
