Lopud Artist Retreat 2024
Croatian director Dana Budisavljević has been selected to join the Lopud Artist Retreat in the spring 2024 to work on her new film SPORT FISHING.

SPORT FISHING – short synopsis
Ana and Branka run a neighbourhood service shop for household repairs. When Monika, a divorced wealthy businesswoman, enters their lives, all three will have to question their fantasies and life choices.
Dana Budisavljević is a Croatian director. She graduated from the Department of Film and TV Editing at the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb. Dana’s first feature film THE DIARY OF DIANA B. won the Golden Arena at the 2019 Pula Film Festival for Best Film and Best Director, making her the first female director to receive the main festival award since 1957. The film THE DIARY OF DIANA B. won over 20 awards, and had a successful distribution in Croatian and regional cinemas.
