The Slano Film Days brings open air film screenings in the evenings for participants and all film lovers. Before the screenings, the audience will be greeted by the filmmakers and this year's guests of Slano Film Days.

On the opening evening, 18 June, the film CHILDREN OF MEN, by five-time Oscar winner Alfonso Cuarón, starring Clive Owen and Julianne Moore, will be screened.

On the second evening, we will screen the film ANGEL HEART directed by Alan Parker, with cinematography by Michael Seresin, a guest of Slano Film Days. The main roles are played by Mickey Rourke and Robert De Niro.

We will open the third evening with a screening of the short film THE MAN WHO COULD NOT REMAIN SILENT by Nebojša Slijepčević, this year’s winner of the Palme d’Or for Best Short Film at Cannes, and then we will watch the Oscar-winning film IDA directed by Paweł Pawlikowski.

On the fourth evening we will screen the film MEMORY, directed by Michel Franco, starring Jessica Chastain and Peter Sarsgaard, which will be followed by a late screening of the film AND YOUR MOTHER TOO by director Alfonso Cuarón, starring Maribel Verdú, Gael García Bernal, and Diego Luna.

On the closing evening, we will watch the film FALLEN LEAVES, by the famous Finnish director Aki Kaurismäki, winner of the Jury Prize at last year's Cannes Film Festival.

The first film will be screened at Slano Main Square, while the other films will be screened at the Slano Film Days Open Air Cinema, in the olive garden of Villa Riva.

Admission to all film screenings is free of charge.
