Jelena Gavrilović

Jelena Gavrilović is a Serbian director, born in 1990 in Belgrade. She studied Film and Television Directing at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. Her student films BOYS, WHERE ARE YOU (2012) and WITH MANY THINGS TO COME (2015) were screened and awarded at numerous international film festivals, including FIPADOC, Sarajevo Film Festival, Winterthur, Wiesbaden, and others. NOBODY HERE (2017), her graduation film, premiered at the Locarno Film Festival. Since 2013, she has directed several TV series, including #JUSTSAYING, THE GROUP i AWAKE. She also directed 10 episodes of the first season of SHAME for HRT1. She is currently developing her first feature film.
