Sara Klimoska

SARA KLIMOSKA is a Northern Macedonian actress, born in Struga in 1994. She graduated from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Skoplje. Her latest leading role was in the film “You Won’t Be Alone”, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. In 2019, she also played the lead role in “Willow”, the Northern Macedonian 2021 Oscar nominee. Sara’s other roles include the lead in “Kaymak”, the German film “Nico”, and lead roles in two upcoming productions: “Things Unsaid” by Eleonora Veninova and “Lena and Vladimir” by Igor Aleksov. She has participated in the Talent Campus program both at the Sarajevo Film Festival and Berlinale. In 2020, she was awarded the Best Film Actress in Northern Macedonia by the Macedonian Society of
Filmmakers. Last year she also won the Shooting European Star award.
