The 2024 Slano Film Days opens tonight at 9:30 PM with a screening of the film CHILDREN OF MEN (2006) directed by Alfonso Cuarón, starring Clive Owen and Julianne Moore.

The Slano Film Days creates an opportunity for all participants to gain a better understanding of the film business and to have easier access to the professional network of the European and global film industry through Film Talks with successful producers, casting directors and talent agents.

Cinematographer Michael Seresin is coming to Slano to lead Film Talks with female cinematographers from Croatia and the region.

Film Talks with participants at the Slano Film Days 2024 will be led by multiple award-winning directors Elia Suleiman, Lili Horvát, and Ognjen Glavonić.

Slano, one of the most picturesque places on the Dubrovnik Riviera, with a long cultural tradition and rich historical landmarks, will host the Slano Film Days for the first time 18 – 22 June 2024.

This year's edition of Slano Film Days has invited a total of 17 young filmmakers from the region, who will participate in Film Talks with some of the greatest names in world cinema, recipients of the most prestigious film awards.
